Punch Bag - Ceiling Mount
The SMAI Punch Bag - Ceiling Mount is a standard method for hanging a boxing bag using only the straps provided. To install, simply slide the D-shackles onto the loop. The hook must be affixed to a structural beam / roof structure. Due to metal on metal wear this product should be checked regularly to ensure they are in correct working order without wear or tear.
