Jigsaw EVA Mat - 2cm Wacoku

The SMAI Jigsaw Mat 2cm Wacoku is manufactured from premium closed cell EVA foam and is one of our most popular flooring solutions for Karate and Taekwondo. Designed for high performance stand up training and competition use, this mat features a double sided star and circle finish with an anti slip surface for exceptional grip and stability.

The circle pattern finish is slightly abrasive, providing enhanced traction that is especially well suited to stand up sparring and competition style movement. The mat is directional in its fitting, meaning that if you wish to flip a mat over, the entire matted area must be flipped at the same time to maintain proper alignment.

Extensively tested to meet and exceed European and US safety standards, the Wacoku mat delivers reliable impact protection, durability, and confidence underfoot.

Important Product Notes

• EVA mats naturally expand and contract over time due to environmental and temperature conditions
• If adding these mats to an existing floor that is more than 6 months old, we strongly recommend checking current mat sizing prior to ordering, as older mats may have expanded and may no longer align correctly, potentially causing gaps
• In tropical climates or warehouses prone to overheating, dimensional variance may be more noticeable. In these environments, we recommend considering 3cm or 4cm mat options

Cleaning and Care

• A protective coating is applied during transportation and storage to prevent damage
• This coating does not affect performance and will dissipate naturally over time
• If cleaning prior to use, wipe with warm water and a damp mop or cloth using a pH neutral disinfectant
